Founding Attorney

Gabriela A. Reyes, Esq.

Gabriela Reyes came to the United States from Colombia at age fourteen. Her family's own immigration journey — the uncertainty, the paperwork, the moments of fear — became the foundation of her career. She attended Florida International University College of Law, graduating in 2011, and immediately began her immigration practice in Miami's Brickell neighborhood.

In over a decade of practice, Gabriela has represented clients from more than 40 countries. She is known in the Miami legal community for the meticulous quality of her petition preparation, her deep knowledge of Miami Immigration Court procedure, and her commitment to accessibility — her firm has never turned away a client based solely on ability to pay.

Gabriela is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. She serves on the board of the American Immigration Lawyers Association's Florida chapter and is a recurring volunteer attorney at Miami-Dade's immigration legal services clinics.
